On February 19, SHARP Literacy’s Catherine Best joined our friends at WISN 12 to discuss Unwrapped: Waukesha Edition, challenging restaurants to make gourmet food using ingredients from McDonald’s. All proceeds go to STEAM-based programs across southeast Wisconsin. Watch the full video here.
